RevSend LLC (“RevSend,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information when you visit our websites, including revsend.com and related pages, use our platform or services, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with us online or offline (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy also includes information for California residents, including our California Notice at Collection, as well as information relevant to users in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and other jurisdictions.
1. SCOPE
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect:
• through our website and platform;
• when you request a demo, contact us, subscribe to updates, or otherwise communicate with us;
• when customers use RevSend to send gifts, rewards, mailers, or related outreach;
• through cookies, analytics tools, visitor identification tools, and similar technologies on our digital properties; and
• from third parties, such as service providers, integrations, business partners, and public or commercial sources.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or platforms that we do not control.
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
A. Identifiers and Contact Information
Examples include your name, business name, company, job title, email address, mailing address, phone number, IP address, cookie identifiers, device identifiers, and similar identifiers.
B. Commercial and Transaction Information
Examples include records of products or services purchased, order details, billing records, invoice information, subscription information, and fulfillment or shipping information.
C. Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information
Examples include browsing activity, page views, clicks, referral URLs, session information, approximate geolocation derived from IP address, and information about how you use and interact with our Services.
D. Professional or Employment-Related Information
Examples include your employer, department, role, and other business-related information.
E. Communications Information
Examples include information you provide in forms, surveys, emails, chats, support requests, calls, meeting bookings, and feedback submissions.

If our customers use RevSend, we may receive recipient, contact, order, gifting, shipping, and related information from those customers and from systems they connect to RevSend. When we process personal information on behalf of our customers in this capacity, we act as a service provider (or “processor”) to those customers. Our customers are responsible for their own privacy practices regarding the personal information they provide to us. If you are a recipient or contact whose information was provided by a RevSend customer and you have questions about how your information is handled, we encourage you to contact the customer directly.
3. SOURCES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may collect personal information from the following sources:
• directly from you;
• automatically from your browser or device when you visit or use our Services;
• from our customers and users;
• from service providers, integrations, and vendors;
• from analytics, attribution, and visitor identification providers; and
• from public sources and commercially available business information.

Visitor Identification (RB2B)
We currently use a visitor identification tool provided by RB2B (Retention.com). When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email address. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to those email addresses.

Depending on the tool, the data involved, and the applicable law, some uses of cookie-based or visitor identification technologies may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising activity under certain state privacy laws.
You can control some cookies through your browser settings. You may also be able to use a browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, where supported.
6. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

RevSend does not sell personal information for money.
However, we may use certain cookies, visitor identification tools, analytics technologies, or similar tools that may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, and similar laws in states such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and others). This may include making available identifiers, online activity information, or professional information to vendors that help us understand website visitors, attribution, or related business activity.
Categories of personal information that may be involved in these activities include:
• identifiers;
• online identifiers;
• internet or electronic network activity information;
• professional or employment-related information; and
• inferences.
Categories of third parties involved may include:

• visitor identification providers (including RB2B / Retention.com);
• attribution vendors; and
• related business intelligence or marketing technology vendors.

8. RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business and legal records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our business.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason we collected it. The criteria we use include:
• whether the information is needed to provide the Services;
• the nature of our relationship with you or our customer;
• legal, tax, accounting, and compliance requirements;
• security and fraud-prevention needs; and
• backup and recordkeeping requirements.
In general, we will not retain personal information for longer than two (2) years after the termination of a user’s account, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and access controls to limit who within our organization can access personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION
A privacy breach occurs when there is unauthorized access to or collection, use, disclosure, or disposal of personal information. In the event that RevSend becomes aware of a security breach that has resulted or may result in unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of personal information, RevSend will promptly investigate the matter and take appropriate steps to contain and remediate the breach.
We will notify affected individuals when we believe they are likely to be at risk of serious harm as a result of the breach. Where required by applicable law, we will also notify relevant regulatory authorities within the required timeframes (for example, within 72 hours of becoming aware of a qualifying breach under the GDPR, where applicable).
11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@revsend.com.
12. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
A. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and similar laws. • request access to personal information;
• request deletion of personal information;
• request correction of inaccurate personal information;

• request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal information;

13. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
RevSend is located in the United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that your personal information may be transferred to the United States and processed as described in this Privacy Policy. Where required by applicable law, we will implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal information.
14. CALIFORNIA NOTICE AT COLLECTION
This section serves as our Notice at Collection for California residents.
We may collect the following categories of personal information from California residents:
• identifiers and contact information;

• professional or employment-related information;
• communications information; and

RevSend does not sell personal information for money. However, as described above, some uses of cookies, visitor identification tools, and related technologies may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under California law. California residents may have the right to opt out of those activities.

We retain personal information for the period reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, based on the retention criteria described in Section 8.
15. GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL AND DO NOT TRACK
RevSend processes recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), as valid requests to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for the browser or device sending the signal and, where applicable, any consumer profile associated with that browser or device.
RevSend processes opt-out preference signals in a frictionless manner.
You can learn more about Global Privacy Control by using a browser or browser extension that supports GPC. You may also submit a request to opt out of sale or sharing by contacting support@revsend.com.
RevSend does not respond to older “Do Not Track” browser settings that do not operate as recognized opt-out preference signals.
16. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at support@revsend.com. We may still send transactional or service-related communications.
17. ANTI-SPAM POLICY
RevSend strictly prohibits the use of unsolicited commercial email (“spam”) to advertise our website or services. We do not allow our organization, employees, affiliates, or any third parties to send unsolicited messages on our behalf. All communications are permission-based and sent only to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive information.
18. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. If we make material changes, we may notify you by prominently posting a notice on our website or by directly sending you a notification.
